What comes in my bundle collection?
Three- and four-bundle collections include one bundle of each listed length. Six- and eight-bundle collections include two bundles of each listed length. Three- and four-bundle collections include one texture. For six- and eight-bundle collections, choose two textures: each texture includes one bundle of every selected length. You can also select the same texture twice.
How are lengths measured?
All lengths are measured with the hair stretched straight, including curly and wavy textures. Curly and wavy hair will appear shorter when worn in its natural pattern. See the length and fullness guide ↗
What is the weight and color of each bundle?
Each bundle is 100 grams (approximately 3.5oz), in natural color 1B. Our three-, four-, six-, and eight-bundle collections contain 300g, 400g, 600g, and 800g of hair respectively. Explore the length and fullness guide ↗
Can I choose any texture?
Yes. All eight textures are available for every collection at the displayed price. Choose one texture for three or four bundles, or two textures for six or eight bundles, before adding a collection to your bag.
Is shipping included?
Yes. U.S. shipping is complimentary with all bundle collections. We currently ship within the United States only. Due to high demand, our current shipping timeline for fresh raw hair is 14 business days before dispatch. Transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. When can I place an order?
Choose your collection, lengths, and textures, then open your bag. Confirm that your delivery address is in the United States and continue to PayPal to review and complete your order. Please review our shipping and order policy before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order or receive a refund?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We recommend waiting until you have a tracking number with a delivery date before scheduling your hair appointment. Read the full order policy ↗
